Screen strainers are designed to purify the liquid from solids size more than 200 mcm (0.2 mm). The strainers are installed on tubes with nominal passages of 80, 150, 250, 300, 500 mm and nominal pressure 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3 MPa in plants of oil-refining, oil-chemical, oil and gas industries.
The strainers are designed for installation sites in areas with seismic activity less than intensity 7 on 12-intensities scale.
If the support columns are changed to cylindrical the strainers can be installed in the areas with seismic activity of intensity 9.
According the tube connection the strainers are manufactured in 2 designs:
- strainers with fittings and counter flanges (flange connection)
- strainers with branches welded (weld connection)
Climatic design:
- when delivered to areas with temperate or cold climate in accordance with GOST 15150
- when delivered to areas with tropic climate in accordance with GOST 15150
