Hopefully they get slightly more vegetables than vegetables. When my girls commenced on solids I afforded them only vegetables for the first 2 months after that slowly gave them fruits and veggies. Now at ages 1 and 3, they always eat their vegetables first of all. Other parents gasp once they see that, «How did most people get them to do that? » That they ask amazed.
